• Attempting to cook one fresh, tasty, square meal a day,
• Trying for a basically clean and functioning home,
• Aiming for zero waste,
• Doing it all as efficiently as possible to save the pennies and the time for better things.

One Mean Housewife, eyes wide at the thought of visitors, scurries off to scrape the porridge off the kitchen ceiling.
